Patients admitted to GNCC for treatment are advised to stay for a minimum period of ten days during which various therapies are provided as suited to their ailments. The brief of the therapeutic programme given to each patient consists of the following:
Yoga
At GNCC we offer Outdoor Yoga as well as Indoor Yoga. The Yoga classes are taken in the lush lawns to insure maximum benefits is taken from the Yoga comprising, Shatkriyas, Prananyama, Yogasanas & Meditation. As per convenience we prefer the patients for indoor Yoga also. GNCC has a full time Certified Yoga teacher on the campus, in whose guidance Yoga classes are conducted every day.
Meditation
Meditation is the root of mental physical and social health. It is a Vedic exercise from ancient times, a tool to control our sense organs, nervous system and also to attain the state of high consciousness. In Meditation session, patients feel spiritual peace. It helps cure mental, physical and psychiatric ailments to large extent.
Mud Therapy
Mud therapy is very simple & effective treatment modality as we used Mud as local mud application & Whole Body Mud Bath. Mud Bath helps to improve the skin condition by increasing the circulation of blood and energizes the body. The Mud Bath/Packs are useful for Chronic ailments such as Hypertension, Obesity, Skin diseases, Diabetes, Constipation, Dyspepsia, Indigestion, etc. At GNCC; there are separate mud baths for Males and Females.
Steam Bath
They are the detoxification process. It increase the blood circulation to the skin, mobilizes fat, increase basal metabolic rate & help in flushing out the accumulated toxins from the body. It is useful in Obesity, Arthritis, Gout, Sciatica, Neuralgia, Skin disorders without open wounds & for general relaxation etc.
Ayurveda Massages
Ayurveda Massages is a gentle, touch therapy which relieves body pain and helps in proper blood circulation for keeping body balanced and healthy. It is not a substitute for medical care but minimizes the need for medication or surgery.
• HERBAL OIL THERAPY:- Well experienced and fully trained staff has been arranged for this ancient South Indian Oil Therapy. It is useful for those patients who are suffering from Arthritis, Gout, and other Orthopedic ailments. They are put to several sessions of Abhyang Oil Therapy, Medicated oil and other healing catalytic agents are applied on the body by expert massagers.
Hip Bath
Hip Bath relieves all types of pain originating from the Abdominal region, Digestive disorders, Menstrual disorders, Renal stone, Sciatica etc.
Arm Bath
It is useful cervical spondylosis, Wrist drop & pain in wrist joints, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Asthma, Frozen Shoulder etc.
Foot Bath
This treatment is useful in all general Headache, Sinusitis, Asthma, Bronchitis, Hypertension, and Insomnia, etc.

The Smart shop at GNCC provides access to all the items of daily usage at reasonable costs ranging from acupressure tools and specialized Naturopathy Kits Ayurvedic medilinc juices, Facial creams etc.
Sauna Bath

Packs
There are different types of packs which we are using like Chest Pack, Abdominal pack, Leg pack, Arm pack, Neck pack, Thigh pack etc. According to the disease condition here we are giving the packs. It is useful in Skin disorders, Arthritis, Oedema, Varicose veins, Paralytic stroke, Diabetes Mellitus etc.
Enema
Enema is the process to cleans the colon. It is helpful for curing constipation, flatulence, indigestion, diarrhea & detoxifying the body. We are using different type of Enema like Neem Enema, Butter Milk Enema, Luke water Enema, Lemon water Enema etc.
Thermoleum Bath
It is based on the principles of chromo therapy. This treatment is useful from patients suffering from Obesity, Skin diseases etc.
Accupressure/Accupunture
Accupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers or any blunted objects to press key points called as 'Acu-points' (Energy Stored Points) on the surface rhythmically on the skin to stimulate the body's natural self curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension & promote the circulation of blood & the body's life force to aid healing. Here acupressure & acupuncture uses the same points, while acupressure uses the gentle but firm pressure of hands or any blunted objects, but acupuncture employs needles.
Ceragem Therapy
It corrects the whole Spinal Vertebrae Column & helps in muscle spasms & nerve compression. Physiotherapy
The physiotherapy unit is well equipped with all new electro therapeutic equipment like SWD, IFT, UST etc for treating various ailments of spine and joint pains. The exercise therapy unit is equipped with shoulder mobilization and shoulder strengthening equipment for treating Frozen Shoulder and other Shoulder ailments.
Ayurvedic Treatment
• SHIRODHARA: Shirodhara is a part of Panchkarma Ayurveda treatement. It activates the biological clock and the neuro- transmitters. Shirodhara is helpful in treating Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Strain, Headache, Migraine, Hair fall, Memory loss, and Insomnia, etc.
Rasoi/Canteen
The Rasoi at GNCC is equipped with modern cooking equipments and functions under strict care and guidance of highly qualified and experienced doctors who plan nutritious and balanced diet comprising of calories, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals. Most vegetables used are organically harvested in the vegetable garden itself.
